Employment Act (Exemption) Order

1.

This Order may be cited as the Employment Act (Exemption) Order.

2.

A person specified in column 1 of the Schedule is exempt from the provisions of the Act specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the Schedule and subject to the conditions specified in that column.

3.

Where a worker is exempted for a provision of the Act under paragraph 2, the employer of that worker is exempted from the application of the provision in accordance with the condition to which the exemption is subject.
